Low-Cost Clinic - Our clinic located in uptown Charlotte offers basic healthcare services and chronic disease management at reduced costs and with your good health in mind. We also provide low-cost, on-site labwork. 

Physicians Reach Out - In partnership with the Mecklenburg County Medical Society and Charlotte Dental Society, 1,500 volunteer physicians, dentists and allied health professionals provide free or low-cost healthcare for low income individuals who do not qualify for Medicaid and do not have access to private health insurance.

Nurse-Family Partnership - We operate an evidence-based nurse home visiting program that improves the health, well-being and self-sufficiency of first-time, low income parents and their children.

Advocacy - Empowerment and advocacy are critical to all of our client services. We provide opportunities for our clients to become better informed healthcare consumers, as well as the platform for our clients and the wider community to act as empowered advocates for increased access to quality, affordable healthcare.
